About Me

I am a certified health and fitness coach who specializes in helping women gain a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. 


As a former Massage Therapist, I was exposed to muscle mechanics and how the body works, and I’ve been able to transfer my knowledge from that occupation so I can provide a more well-rounded lifestyle approach for others. 


I love helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident in their everyday lives.  I’ve helped thousands of people and I’m working on helping even more.
